It's been a slow sewing month in my neck of the woods... no sewing machine (except for a brief 20 minute interlude to attach some binding) and although I have enjoyed the hand sewing, I am so eager to get my sewing machine back out.
A couple of items I was working through the month are now finished: my hand pieced, hand quilted clam shells mini which I entered into the Pantone Challenge.
And Mia's log cabin woodland cushion which I loved hand quilting. I now don't have a hand quilting project on the go, so that needs to be remedied in the next few weeks!
I've also been working on the Patchwork of the Crosses quilt, my current EPP project. I've made some good progress and I can see this being a larger projects than I had originally cut for (that's the joy of EPP). But I'm also being tempted by some new EPP projects too, so watch this space!
We've nearly finished decorating the downstairs of our new house and today I unpacked my sewing machine, and I have so many ideas I'm desperate to start....!
